They sell on every continent (apart from Antarctica), they have sent bibs to every country in Europe apart from Moldova and Andora. With nearly 10 years of experience selling on Amazon. Funky Giraffe recently chose trustr to boost sales on Amazon. Yasemin the mumpreneur behind the creation of the brand explains why.



Boost sales on Amazon

After a recent review of sales over the last few years, we noted that Amazon had been in slow decline. Increased competition from cheaper mostly Chinese imports had eroded our market share. We realised we needed to pay more attention to Amazon in order to win more sales.

Key to this was ensuring good positioning of all our products. We examined every aspect of what we were doing, from the images we used to check that we dealt with every customer query within the time frame which Amazon demanded.

We have grown as a company by word of mouth, we are proud of our customer care. And feel as parents ourselves the importance of treating our customers how we would like to be treated because it’s

its the right thing to do. And it builds loyalty.

It follows that our customers are our best salespeople, so making it really easy for them to have a voice and spread the word about our products made perfect sense.

How has it been to use and what are the results?

Setting up trustr for our Amazon account took less than 5 minutes and we now have a really nice personal message to each customer. We have tailored emails to send out in each language for France, Germany, Italy and Spain. We also take the opportunity to send out the customers invoice as well. so we find it an easy to use system. That has great functionality.

The number of reviews left for our products has so far doubled which was way past our expectations. It is a long-term strategy so with the other recent changes we are looking to increase sales by 40% by the end of the year.
